This Privacy Policy explains how beon.live (“beon.live”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website or contact us. It is written to align with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar frameworks.

beon.live is an independent infrastructure studio providing live-streaming and video-CDN infrastructure. For the purposes of data-protection law, beon.live is the data controller for personal data described in this policy.

When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect the name, email address, company name and message you choose to provide. We do not ask for special-category data and ask that you do not send it.

The live demo on our site delivers a pre-recorded test stream. It does not capture your camera, microphone or screen, and we do not collect media from your device.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider is cookieless. Your browser may use functional storage that we do not read for tracking. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) acting on our instructions — for example our hosting provider, email provider and analytics provider — and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained indefinitely.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have it corrected or deleted; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@beon.live. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including TLS in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.

10. Children

Our website and service are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
